Library

The library serves the informational, educational and entertainment needs of the community, with a wide selection of books, newspapers, magazines, music CDs, DVDs, and local history. We also offer many services including children’s programming, public access computers, a colour copier, faxing, scanning, a meeting room, home-bound service, and inter-library loans.  The library is supported by a group called Friends of the Espanola Public Library.

YOUR SPACE, YOUR LIBRARY:

After celebrating 100 years of a library in Espanola, 2018 presents the library with new opportunities in providing public service to the community.  The Library board is working on a new foundation document - a new Strategic Plan, to move beyond 2020.

We appreciate all of those who participated in our online and paper survey process.

The survey is now closed.  The committee will be reviewing the results, and in particular all comments and suggestions.

Please watch for our new Strategic Plan document.
