New cameras have been installed at the Yard Waste Depot on Panache Lake Road.
The site is now fully operational to receive yard waste 24/7.
Should illegal dumping become a recurring issue, the site will return to restrictive weekday hours.
Thanks extended to all those who respect the Yard Waste site.
Please observe the following:
- 5 visitor maximum at a time
- Practice COVID-19 safety precautions regarding social distancing
- Yard Waste accepts grass clippings, leaves, flowers, topsoil, wood chips and branches of less than 4" in diameter.
- Prohibited items include large wood, stumps and trees, garbage and construction debris of any kind.
The new location is 1.8 km from the intersection of the Queensway & Highway 6/Centre Street. The Snow Dump/Yard Waste Depot is on the left of the road. Watch for the signs.
