The Town of Espanola announces its Chief Administrative Officer/ Treasurer, Cynthia Townsend, will be leaving her position on March 19, 2021.
The Town’s Mayor, Jill Beer, expressed her sincere thanks to Ms. Townsend. “Cynthia has made a very significant contribution and impact as the Town’s CAO over the past 10 years,” she said.
“She has provided outstanding leadership and vision through very difficult and challenging times.” Cynthia’s determination and focus on delivering public services to members of our community were exemplary. We sincerely wish her the very best for the future.”
Ms. Beer said the Town will now commence recruitment for a new Chief Administrative Officer/Treasurer. “We will be seeking a CAO to lead our community through its next phase of growth.”
