(4) Casual Assistant Lifeguard/Instructor

The Town of Espanola is accepting resumes for casual assistant lifeguard/instructor positions to work at the Regional Recreation Complex.

This position will be on a casual basis (as required) and will require working
daytime, evening and weekends.

Applicants must have Grade 12 or be a full time student and minimum 15 years of age.  In addition, applicants must have the following current certifications:

• Bronze cross
• First Aid & CPR Level C
• Red Cross Water Safety Instructor

Duties will include teaching individual and group swim lessons and participating in pool activities/programming. The successful applicant will provide overall safe supervision of the aquatic environment.

Salary: as per collective agreement

Criminal Reference Check and Vulnerable Sector Check is a requirement.

The Town of Espanola is accepting resumes for casual lifeguard/instructor positions to work at the Regional Recreation Complex.

This position will be on a casual basis (as required) and will require working
daytime, evening and weekends.

Applicants must have Grade 12 or be a full time student and minimum 16 years of age.  In addition, applicants must have the following current certifications:

• National Lifeguard Certification
• First Aid & CPR Level C
• Red Cross Water Safety Instructor
• Lifesaving Society Instructor considered an asset

Duties will include teaching individual and group swim lessons, teaching aqua fitness classes and participate in pool activities/programming. The successful applicant will provide overall safe supervision of the aquatic environment.

Salary: as per collective agreement
